The room was nice, but we had no water .

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail in the rooms was superb, with a spacious bathroom that allowed for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even preparing sandwiches for our early morning departure. Lastly, the location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The hotel had a nice decor and the staff was quite friendly. They welcomed us and gave us a quick tour of the facilities. the spa looked quite relaxing and the restaurant had some okay options to choose from. the hotel was also located close to some beautiful scenery and we enjoyed going out for a walk in the fresh air.

The hotel didn't quite meet our expectations. the breakfast was a real letdown;

Located in a serene and quiet environment, this hotel is decorated beautifully. the staff was accommodating and made a special arrangement for an early breakfast. the bathroom was spacious, and the view was pleasing. the hotel offers a well-stocked bar and has courteous staff at the Spa.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the welcoming staff and their willingness to assist with my needs. The cleanliness of the rooms and in-house amenities was a pleasant surprise. the location was conveniently situated near key attractions and provided easy access to public transport.

My experience was dampened by a lack of orientation upon arrival which led to confusion about the dining facilities. The staff failed to communicate the closing times and I was left without dinner options resulting in a hungry night.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its fine decor and perfect cleanliness. The staff were the best part, they were very friendly and made sure to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. transportation was readily available and made it easy for me to explore this city.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

This hotel in Thohoyandou exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Secondly, I was impressed with their attention to detail, like arranging early morning breakfast sandwiches for us. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and luxurious, complete with a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

They made arrangements for us to have breakfast sandwiches to take with us when we had an early departure at 5am, a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. we would recommend this hotel for its fine design, spacious bathrooms, and attentive staff.

There were a few minor drawbacks. we encountered some issues with the TV in our room and in the restaurant area, as they were not working properly.
